Orchard Beach Aviation has been conducting sightseeing flights over beautiful Lake Michigan for years. These scenic airplane rides have been enjoyed by thousands wanting to see Lake Michigan beaches, Manistee, Portage Lake and surrounding areas from a bird’s eye view. TWO GREAT ROUTES
Flights are typically flown over two routes: Downtown Manistee and the Lake Michigan shoreline or the Onekama/Portage Lake area.

Scenic airplane rides make great gifts and can be enjoyed by all ages.
Our sightseeing flights are conducted all year round from the Manistee County Blacker Airport (by reservation late Oct – early May) and gift certificates are available. During the summer flights are available 10am to 5:30pm conditions allowing. You can drop in or call ahead to make a reservation.
